Refund policy

Every EasyMahj order is a pre-order from a limited first run, so all sales are final. We don't offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed. If your hat arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right: email hello@easymahj.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll send a replacement. Because this is a pre-order, your card is charged at checkout and your hat ships in early September 2026. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it's on the way.
